Mystery Shopper Key Qualities

These are some of the key qualities we look for in a good mystery shopper:

Reliability

Do what you say you are going to do within deadlines. Our most reliable mystery shoppers get the most work.

Honesty

Never guess, go back and check. 99% sure is not good enough for our clients.

Objectivity

Report the facts, not your opinion, unless asked. We will in some cases ask you for your personal viewpoint or evaluate your feelings as a real customer.

Observant

As a mystery shopper you need to notice the little things, they matter.

Anonymous

We will not ask you to reveal yourself as a mystery shopper. It is vital that you act as a normal customer would and not take any notes during your assessment.

English Language

You will need to interact with staff in stores, and write detailed comments in your reports, so you need to have a good command of both spoken and written English.

Accuracy

We will need you to accurately report your findings. You will be required to write comprehensive feedback in a professional manner.
